Two Person
JARVIS and DRACH both grab a side
of the chair that ALEX is tied to and tout ALEX closer to their bosses
desk. ALEX looks up at the man behind
the desk.
LOGAN
(CONT’D)
Excuses
me for the inconvenience, but if you are indeed who we think you are, then the
restraints are necessary. My name is
Logan.
LOGAN stands up and opens a draw
to his desk and reaches in. He pulls a folder from the draw. He looks through the folder.
ALEX
What
do you want with me?
LOGAN ignores ALEX’s question and
continued to flip through the folder, as he walked in front of ALEX. He sits on the edge of the desk. He lays the folder beside him, on a part of
the desk in front of ALEX.
LOGAN
There
is something I want to show you.
LOGAN opens the folder in front
of ALEX and starts flipping through the pictures so that ALEX can see them.
LOGAN
(CONT’D)
Do
any of these people look familiar? They
should.
ALEX looks at the pictures and
soon realizes the horrible truth of what he was being shown.
ALEX
No!... It can’t be!
The
pictures are of ALEX’s entire family, in all of the photos each family member
is dead. LOGAN smiles at ALEX’s
unbelieving face.
LOGAN
Every...
single... one... of your family relatives.
Dead.
ALEX looks at LOGAN. He doesn’t want to believe that his entire
family has been killed off.
ALEX
These
are fake! Right!?
LOGAN
Are
they now? Well then this must be fake as
well.
LOGAN snaps his fingers two
times, to signal JARVIS and DRACH something.
LOGAN
(CONT’D)
Bring
her in boys.
JARVIS and DRACH both leave the
room for a few seconds and then come back in carrying a woman, who was bound
and gagged. The woman was AVA. They throw her on the floor, on top of a garbage
bag that was on the floor. ALEX stares
at her in horror. AVA looks at ALEX and
squirms. She tries to speak to him.
ALEX
Ava?
What’s she doing here?
LOGAN stands up and begins to
walk over to AVA.
LOGAN
But
she can’t be here you say, remember?
This is fake.
LOGAN pulls a gun that was tucked
in the back of his pants. He puts it to
AVA’s head. AVA began to wiggle, scared
for her life.
ALEX
Hey,
stop!
LOGAN
Oh
don’t worry Alex, this isn’t real. It’s
just a joke that some of your friends told us to play on you... right? Fear Factor right?
LOGAN grins a sinister grin at
ALEX, as he cocks the gun.
ALEX
Please,
stop!
ALEX begins to rock in his chair,
trying to break free to help AVA.
LOGAN
Don’t
worry Alex. Since this is a joke... she
won’t die when I do this.
GUNSHOT
BLACKOUT
MONOLOUGE
INT. THE HUNTERS SAFEHOUSE -
NIGHT
ALEX sits behind JACOB’s desk
with his gun in his lap. NATHAN, AMANDA,
ELIZABETH, and NANCY stand in front of her, staring at him.
NANCY
Hey
Alex, are you okay?
ALEX doesn’t hear here, he is to
deep in thought.
ALEX
(V.O.)
Well,
I did it Ava, I got them back for you.
So many bullets, so many bodies, gone, but I got the job done
(sigh)
Ava
I can’t imagine my life without you now.
It was different the other day, all I could think about was getting them
back for you, and now all I can think about is you. I know you are in a better place now... and I
pray that this last path leads to you.
ALEX closes his eyes and raises
his gun under his chin is about to pull the trigger.
BLACKOUT.
Everyone in the room begins to
yell, trying to stop ALEX.
RING! RING!
ALEX opens is eyes and sees
JACOB’s phone ringing on his desk. He
hits the speakerphone button to answer the call.
ALEX
Hello?
ARTHUR
SURWIND
Finally,
we speak at last.
Three Person Scene
EXT. THE HUNTERS SAFEHOUSE - DAY
AMANDA and NATHAN pull into the
drive-way of the HUNTER’S SAFEHOUSE.
ALEX sits in the back of the car, in a daze. He feels the weight from the past night. The night his entire family was wiped out.
AMANDA and NATHAN exit the car
and walk towards ALEX’s door. They open
it and pull him out. ALEX falls to his
knees when he gets out of the car. ALEX
stares at the ground.
AMANDA
Alex
Be careful.
ALEX
Why
didn’t you leave me?
NATHAN grabs ALEX by one of his
arms.
NATHAN
Believe
me, if I could’ve, I would’ve. Now come
on.
NATHAN pulls ALEX onto his feet.
ALEX
Let
me go!
ALEX jerks away from NATHAN. This time he falls to the ground. NATHAN aggressively grabs his arm again.
NATHAN
I
said come on!
ALEX
And
I said leave me alone!
Amanda
Stop
it you too
ALEX jerks away once again. Angered, NATHAN pulls out a knife and begins
to hold it in a threatening way towards ALEX.
NATHAN
Look
here, I’m not going to hold your hand and baby you! Now get up...
NATHAN once again grabs him by his
arm and yanks him to his feet!
NATHAN
(CONT’D)
And
walk!
NATHAN shoves ALEX ahead of
himself and AMANDA, as she walk behind the two men. NATHAN leads ALEX into the safehouse.

INT. THE HUNTERS SAFEHOUSE -
NIGHT
ALEX kicks the door in and enters
the safehouse with ELIZABETH and AMANDA.
JACOB is sitting behind his desk, NATHAN is sitting in front of the
desk. NANCY is standing beside JACOB.
NATHAN
What
the hell are you doing Alex!?
ALEX
looks at NANCY.
ALEX
Nancy
get away from that liar!
NANCY quickly runs over to ALEX
and stands by him. AMANDA walks in front
of JACOB’s desk. ELIZABETH, ALEX, and NANCY
follow.
AMANDA
WATTS
Why
have you been lying to us!?
JACOB
I
have no idea what you’re talking about.
NATHAN stands up and faces his
partner.
NATHAN
Amanda
what’s going on, why do you have that hawk with you?
AMANDA
WATTS
He’s
been lying to us Nathan, he’s been running the Predator’s search. Logan was just a human. Logan told us everything.
JACOB
And
you believe that lying Predator?
ALEX
Elizabeth
confirmed that he isn’t a Predator.
JACOB claps his hands.
JACOB
Okay,
you got me.
ALEX
Now
tell us what is going on.
